Section 1: Consent to Record and Use Content
I grant Aliyah Chronicles and its owner, Matthew Fleischman of Briefly Distracted, permission to record, edit, and distribute my interview for use in the Aliyah Chronicles podcast, blog, and other media associated with the podcast. I understand that only the specific stories and content shared during my interview may be used, and this does not include rights to my entire life story or personal history beyond what is explicitly shared.
Section 2: Rights and Usage
I acknowledge that Aliyah Chronicles has the right to use my recorded stories, likeness, and voice in any format, including audio, video, written, digital media, and merchandise, for promotional purposes, publications, adaptations, and sales in perpetuity.
Section 3: Waiver of Compensation
I understand and agree that I am not entitled to any compensation, royalties, or financial remuneration for my participation or the future use of my recorded stories as described above.
Section 4: Limitation of Rights
This release applies only to the specific stories shared during my interview and any related content created for Aliyah Chronicles and does not extend to any other aspects of my personal or professional life outside of this context.
Section 5: Release of Liability
I release Aliyah Chronicles, Matthew Fleischman, Briefly Distracted, and any associated parties from any liability or claims related to the use of my stories in the podcast, blog, or other adaptations.
